SBC: Lost

We have a war against SBC this Sunday (the 25th), at 6 pm est.

Format: 5v5 Crew Style

Info on crew style: You and your opponent only have one match. If you beat you opponent, then you continue onto the next opponent with as many stocks(lives) you have left, if say you lost 1 stock the previous match, you would play your new opponent with 2 stocks.

Threat: Severe, they seem to be a well seasoned clan, and should not be taken lightly.

Do we have to do it crew style? I'm not fond of that format, but if that's the way they want it then so be it. And is there a way to move this to 3 EST? That seems to work better for most people here. I'll be able to make it either way, so I'm in.

how does 3 east work best? that would be like noon for pac. seems early. i dont care though. lets see what others say. i picked crew style. its worth a try.

We have a few brawlers from the UK, so 6 EST is like midnight for them. But if 6 EST is better then that's fine with me. I'm fine with crew too, it'll be an adventure since I've never used it before, let alone heard of it haha. Moon and Roxy, can you make it? I left Link Queen a shoutout on AiB.

If my connection has no problems, you girls can count me in!

I added myself and Link Queen to the roster. That fills it up, if Moon can make it. We still need backup though, so keep signing up!

And no Daisy, no testing. I'm definitely going to try and get people tested this weekend though.

I think Ashlee made me a tester a long time ago, so if you need any help with that, I'd be glad to volunteer. ^^

Oh wow, I've been late on everything lately..
I just realized one of my friends is in the SBC clan lol. Anyway good luck in this war girls! ^.^

Reminder: The war is today, at 6 EST! If you signed up, then show up lol. I might be a few minutes late, since I have to go to some stupid clam bake (I hate clams D:) but I'll definitely be here. You can put a backup in my spot if needed. I thought of a few tips for crew style:

1. Don't give up! Any stock you take counts, and even if you fall behind, try to at least get your opponent down to one stock. Hopefully the next player can take him/her out.
2. Be careful! In other formats a win is a win, but winning with two stocks to spare is a huge advantage compared to winning with only one. So try and avoid the big kill moves.
3. Don't get psyched out! Yes, every stock does count, but don't get down on yourself if you lose some. As long as you have one stock, you have a chance.

Good luck everyone! I'll be happy no matter what happens. I'm especially happy that we got the war together in such a short amount of time, now I know we can have more wars faster. And thanks to Roxy for setting up this thread.

Yeah, we didn't even come close to them lol. But that's ok, I'm still proud of everyone. Sam and Roxy didn't show, and Moon didn't either, but looking through the thread she never actually signed up. So Roxy and Sam are banned from the next war. Better luck next time girls.
