| Greetings to you Queens, I am Zero (or DevilWillCry) of Smashboards, and I co-represent the clan Suburban Knights, a newish Brawl clan currently with a 1-0 record, and I look for good competition to further improve the new blood of my clan, as well as seeking the prestige of victory. I suggest a 5 vs 5 elimination style clan war, with these very simple and easy rules.
-Each clan picks 5 players to Brawl, in a line-up that must be followed -Each person in the line-up will receive 4 stock that they'll have to have the entire time. -Say QR #1 beats SK #1 with one of her stocks left, QR #1 will then Brawl SK #2, killing herself until she only has 1 stock, and then returning to her starting position, then SK #2 beats QR #1 with 3 stocks left, SK #2 fights QR #2, killing themself once, rinse and repeat. -The winning clan will be the only 1 with any stock -No switching out members unless an unavoidable circumstance occurs. -No stalling (50 ledge grab rule in effect, bypass 50 grabs and even if you win your disqualified, in which case the other clam member retains 1 stock if they had none, or w/e amount remained. -No items -No time limit -If match goes to SD, both parties will reset the match, kill themselves to 1 stock, then play out the match -If Bowser does his Side-B to a SD, Bowser wins.
Its alot to take in but its very simple in execution, as a gesture of good will I shall allow you ladies to determine all stage and CPing rules, as well as feel free to debate any rules, or just ask if you do not understand. I shall await your reply so we can plan out a time period and line-ups, as well as give you site and chat links. I look forward to your reply, and hope we can have a friendly fun war =D. Now to go take a nap, this fever is killing me, Ill come see your answer in a while, and if nows not a good time, we'll work out a good date. |

| The type of format you're talking about is called crew style, and we're (at least, I'm) not that fond of it, but if that's what you want to do then we'll give it a shot. But we're currently taking a break from clan wars, we went through a rough patch and now we're giving our practice techniques time to work. Stages rule is all CPs and neutrals are legal. We use AiB's old list so here you go.
Neutrals: * Battlefield * Final Destination * Smashville * Yoshi's Island
Counterpicks:
* Battleship Halberd * Brinstar * Castle Siege * Delfino Plaza * Distant Planet * Frigate Orpheon * Jungle Japes (Melee) * Luigi's Mansion * Lylat Cruise * Norfair * Pokémon Stadium (Melee) * Pokémon Stadium 2 * Rainbow Cruise
I'm not sure when we could do it, could you give me a link to your site so I could post something when we're ready?
"If Bowser does his Side-B to a SD, Bowser wins."
Lolwut. That makes absolutely no sense. So if both players are down to one stock and one is using Bowser, that player can intentionally suicide and still win? I hope you're kidding lol.

| Its a pretty standard tournament rule, but if you dont like it, consider it striken (the Bowser thing), as well if your not fond of my rules Ill allow you to make the rules, tournament, point, w/e you want, it makes no difference to me or my clan what rules we play under. Feel free to do your revisions and then Ill link you to our site so we may further plan out an agreed upon date for when you are ready, we're nothing but fair and patient. |

| Well, you have every right to pick the format, so we'll go with crew. Any objections girls? And I am going to strike that rule, I've never played under that rule or even heard of it. | |

| Really? AiB uses it in almost all of their tourneys, except it's usually called a Bowser-cide. Or something along those lines. The same goes for Kirby-cides too.
No one really likes that rule though. lol

| Really? Weird. I've never played a bowser on AiB so that explains it haha. Do intentional suicides count too? I can't understand why you would put a rule like that in place. ._. | |

| You mean intentionally doing that for all 3 stocks? Or just doing that to end the match quickly when both people are on their last stock? Either way, the stupid rule does allow that....ugh.
As far as I know, only the two attacks I mentioned from Bowser and Kirby count. I don't know why Ganon's side-B in the air doesn't count though. Or even trapping someone in ROB's side B all the way down.
But I don't care. lol Since the rule isn't going to be used anyway.

| Its kinda handled like a infinite CG, where the mentality is its your fault for getting grabbed, so you suffer the consequence, I mean if I picked IC for ex. (and was good with them) and 0-death'd 1 of your stock, it has the same effect as a cide, but its still a valid part of there game. But like I said, strike it if you dont want it, Im pretty sure we got no Bowser's or Kirby's =p.
So anyway, is that an acceptance to our war? |

| Yes, but as I said, I need the link to your site because we're not ready to war at the moment. I'll post something on your site when we start taking clan challenges again. | |
