Yeah, theres a button I added that gives Rep I think. Lets say you make a thread asking for some help and you find someones post really helpful, well just click the Thanks button on there post and I think that person gets rep or something.

Because of the + or - bar on the left of that users post. it can add one or subtract one. The thanks button adds 3 points to your rep actually.
