Some minor rearranging.

I did some rearranging of the forums, nothing major. First, I added a seperate QMK and QoB clan war section, because once QMK starts getting their clan wars up and running it will be easier to have them be seperate. Second, I put a general 'tournaments' section on the home page and attached QMK and QoB tournaments to it, instead of having both on the front page. Third, I added a QMK testing section to the QMK catergory. QoB has a seperate testing section, so QMK might as well have one too. So if you notice something different then that's what it is lol.

Ok, I deleted all of the different catergories in the wii games and DS games sections. There were so many, it was getting overcrowded. I think it's a lot less confusing this way.
