Its tough

I just wanted to make a little speech (sorta). I know we are seeing some tough times here on QR, a lot of members are leaving because of many reasons of us changing. I'm here to say that we can do this! I think personally looking at myself I have changed from when I first started this clan. Maybe our point has changed, but its not too late, we make mistakes and we should learn from them and move on to a brighter future for this site! I'm going to start recruiting again, if anybody can help out, thanks so much in advance! I was thinking in talking this with you girls on maybe getting rid of the Ning site, it doesn't really seem to help, not many members even go there. Lets find our old members and hopefully try to maybe bring them back. If we can't, its their decision. We need everyone here to give opinions when you see something that you think could help us benefit or could be dragging us down. I'm horrible at making things (organization), but that's why I have you girls here to keep me in check! I know it might be hard to get back to the days where we were rocking it out on Queens Regnant! If you can find girls that brawl, invite them. If you can find girls that play Pogeymanz, invite them. If you find girls that play any other games just plain invite them! We want them to feel welcomed and maybe we can introduce them to Brawl or most played game here.

I'm proud of all the girls here for sticking it out and not giving up!
