Earlier in the beginning of may 2009 after a Pokemon Special episode, nintendo announced the two next upcomming Pokemon Games, Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. They will be remakes of the previous games for GBC (game boy color) Gold and SIlver, but for DS and much higher quality new functions and of course new designs. new battle screen, buildings, PC boxes, bag, menue etc. hower, not a completlely new region the same as in Gold & Silver, the johto region.

After the next pokemon movie you will b able to download the Arceus event and cynthia (champion in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum) will apear.



This pic above is showing the boxes of the game. The one at the top is Heart Gold with its main Pokemon Ho-oh and the one under it is Soul silver with its main pokemon Lugia.

To the left of Soul Silver you see a Pokeball with a game screen, The Poke walker.



Poke Walker: For example when youre hatching a pokemon egg in the DS game, instead of walking around with it on the DS waitning for the egg to hatch, you can transfer the egg to the Pokewalker and go out and take a walk in real life, the pokewalker counts your steps and adds them do the egg's hatching limit, so It can hatch in the pokewalker and then you can transfer it back to your pokemon DS game. The normal walking around in the game system will still work.
The Poke Walker will be included when you buy either Heart Gold or Soul Silver.

In Heart Gold you will be able to catch Kyogre and In Soul Silver Groundon. Bring both of them and You will be able to catch Rayquaza.
